Registration

In order to participate in the conference, at least one author of each paper must register for the conference.
And each registration entitles only one person to attend the conference. The payment should be made in US Dollar by Credit Card ( Visa/Master ) or Paypal.

Register as Delegate (No Submission)

You're simply required to fill out the Online Registration Form before the registration deadline.

Register as Presenter (for abstract)

You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your paper if it passes the review.

Register as Author (for full paper)

You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the conference proceedings/journal if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.

Extra Page Fee

One regular author registration can cover a paper's publication within 5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references and 1 conference attendance. It will be available if the paper's page exceeds 5 pages, but extra page fee will be charged for 50 USD per page.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to iccsm@asr.org and received by May 30, 2025. No refund will be provided after this date. 30% of registration fee can be refunded for cancellation made in writing and received by the conference secretary before this date.
