Due to the worldwide outbreak of pandemic covid-19, 2020 4th International Conference on Computer, Software and Modeling has been changed to a virtual conference by using Zoom instead of being held physically as planned in Rome, Italy. The participants are very supportive, who have joined the conference and present their papers online. On behalf of the organizing committee, we'd like to thank all the speakers and authors. We believe we'll all survive this health crisis and get back to our normal life soon. We look forward to seeing you all next year.
