We're glad to conclude that 2023 7th International Conference on Computer, Software and Modeling has been held in Paris，France in hybrid with virtual style successfully during July 21-23, 2023.  There are in-person sessions and virtual sessions which are running parallelly during the conference. Although the conference can not be held in fully physical mode, we're happy that some of the pariticipants can meet with each other in person and have face-to-face communications this year

Acceptd papers of ICCSM 2023 have been published by IEEE CPS and included into IEEE Xplore, which are indexed by EI compendex and Scopus.
