Publication

Submissions will be reviewed by at least two conference technical committees or international reviewers, and accepted papers will be published into Conference Publishing Services (CPS), and submitted to IEEE Xplore™ for indexing by Ei Compendex and Scopus Index, etc.

Some selected papers will be sent to the editorial board of JSW for further review after being extended with at least 40% new content, and accepted papers will be published in Journal of Software, which will be indexed by DBLP, EBSCO, DOAJ, ProQuest, INSPEC, WorldCat, CNKI,etc. Here is JSW Template

NOTE: For those who're NOT looking to publish their papers, it's acceptable to submit your abstracts to the conference just for oral presentation without publication of full paper, which will be sent to at least two technical committees for a brief review.  Please use Abstract Template to prepare your abstract.
  

Paper Page Limit

Each submitted full paper should be with at least 4 full pages. Each registration covers 5 pages, extra pages will be charged at 50 USD per page.

  

Submission Method

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf, .doc) will be accepted via Electronic submission system or through email iccsm@asr.org directly.

All submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. Submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

Publication Ethics

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
