Brief Schedule
The brief schedule is simply for reference and subject to change according to the situation of the conference.
| July 04, 2024 | Registration | Sign in at the registration counter and collect your conference materials. |
| July 05, 2024 | Keynote Speeches | The conference chair will host an opening ceremony. After that, keynote speakers will deliver their spectacular speeches and share their cutting-edge research fruits with the participants. During the intermission, there will be a photo session for all the participants to take a group photo. |
| July 05, 2024 | Parallel Sessions | Parallel sessions will be going on in the afternoon, presenters should find the right session room and be there at least 3 minutes earlier to copy his ppt/pdf presentation into the laptop and get ready. Then the session chair will start the session on time, and give a grade to each presentation, which should be within 15 minutes, including Q&A. |
| July 05, 2024 | Banquet Dinner | The conference chair and the organiser will be hosting a closing ceremony at dinner, where the best papers will be announced, and the certificates will be awarded. However, due to some participants' early departure, best presentation may be selected and announced right after each session ends. |
| July 06, 2024 | Academic Visit/Excursion | One the last day of the conference, an academic visit to a local university will be arranged. So the delegates get to enjoy the atmosphere of the local campus, and visit the laboratory and see on-going research projects. If time permits, an excursion will also be arranged on this day. |
